The Fountains of the Deep burst forth in the time of Noah.

Genesis 7:11

In the six hundredth year of Noah’s life, on the seventeenth day of the second month–on that day all the springs of the great deep burst forth, and the floodgates of the heavens were opened. New International Version (©1984)

When Noah was 600 years old, on the seventeenth day of the second month, all the underground waters erupted from the earth, and the rain fell in mighty torrents from the sky. New Living Translation (©2007)

Genesis 8:2
